Terms of Service
Effective date: September 29, 2026 · Last updated 2026-10-06
These terms govern your use of All Together (train.centercc.com), including RecoView, Cortex, EMDR iTrack, Oracle, Zani and the other tools on the platform (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Center for Cognition and Compassion ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or paying for the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of a practice or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. A professional tool — not advice, not for emergencies
- The Service is a tool for licensed clinicians, trainees working under supervision, and practice staff. It does not give medical, psychological or legal advice. Using the Service does not create a clinician–patient relationship with us; if you are a patient of the clinic, that relationship comes from your care there, not from this website.
- The Service is not monitored in real time and is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. For a mental-health crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
3. Artificial intelligence
- Several features use generative AI: record summaries and timelines (RecoView), draft report text (Cortex), the Oracle assistant, and the Oracle intake interview, and Zani, the AI assistant that conducts intake phone calls.
- AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It must be reviewed and verified against the source by a qualified, licensed professional before it is relied on, shared, or placed in a record or report. Professional judgment and responsibility remain with you.
- Our AI assistants never claim to be human. On a call with Zani, you can ask for a person at any time, or call the office at (323) 205-5352.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly at Ramezani@centercc.com if you think your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Your content
- "Your content" means anything you upload or enter — records, documents, images, audio, notes and answers.
- You confirm that you have the rights to upload and use your content, including any consent or authorization required to share health information with us for this purpose.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you. This includes sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
- We claim no ownership of your content. You keep all rights you have in it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content you have no right to use, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- use the Service to harass, deceive or harm anyone, or for anything unlawful;
- try to access accounts, charts or data you are not authorized to see, or get around access controls or payment gates;
- probe, scan or test the Service's security, or disrupt it (for example with automated high-volume requests), without our written permission;
- copy, resell or redistribute the Service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules or puts patients, users or the Service at risk.
7. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
- Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. The monthly price is shown next to each plan before you pay (Starter $199, Professional $499, Enterprise $999, in US dollars) and is charged to the card you give Stripe at the start of each monthly period. There is no minimum term and no free trial.
- Before you pay, you must tick a separate box agreeing to automatic renewal. After you pay, we email you a confirmation that repeats these renewal terms and explains how to cancel.
- Cancel online at any time at train.centercc.com/subscribe/cancel: enter your billing email and we send a one-click cancel link to it. You can also email Ramezani@centercc.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- If we change a plan's price, we will email you at least 7 days (and no more than 30 days) before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does. If we ever offer a free trial, we will tell you before it turns into a paid plan.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. One-time payments
RecoView record analyses are priced before you pay and charged once through Stripe. See the Refund Policy.
9. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
Our designated copyright agent is Center for Cognition and Compassion, Ramezani@centercc.com. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send the agent a written notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the material you want removed and where it is on the Service, in enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send the agent a counter-notice with your signature, the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and telephone number with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless that person tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers. We will end the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its output (including AI output) will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US $100 if you paid nothing.
These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, for willful injury to a person or property, for gross negligence, or for violation of law, and nothing in these terms exempts anyone from responsibility the law does not allow to be waived (California Civil Code §1668). Nothing in these terms waives your rights under the Consumers Legal Remedies Act or any other consumer protection law that cannot be waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Accessibility
We aim for the Service to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. If something on the Service is hard to use with a disability or assistive technology, tell us at Ramezani@centercc.com and we will help and work to fix it.
14. Images
The logos and graphics on the Service are our own. We do not use photographs of real people presented as patients.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, also email account holders before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
16. The whole agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms, and all legal, copyright, refund, accessibility and support requests: Ramezani@centercc.com. Automated emails from the Service come from alltogether@centercc.com; replies to that address are not read.
